According the US Scientists, A chemical has been found in the red meat which is not good for health especially for heart.
During a new study it was noticed that carnitine i.e. available in red meat was fragmented down by bacteria automatically. Dieticians alert the people about taking carnitine supplements as it is full of risk. Moreover it has been observed that regular use of red meat can be harmful to health.
UK government recommended people not to eat more than 70g of red meat in day. The excess uses of red meat will high the level of cholesterol in human bodies therefore the chances of heart disease can be increased.
