ATC sends General Retired Pervez Musharraf on judicial remand till May 4, 2013

General Pervez Musharraf appeared in ATC today

General Retired Pervez Musharraf was arrested on Friday 19th April and referred to Judicial Magistrate Muhammad Abbas, where he was sent to police for two days remand according to the order issued by court.

Today 20th April Musharraf presented before the Anti-Terrorism Court during hearing judges were unable to decide whether Musharraf remain in the custody of police or he was send to jail. Accordingly, it may be decided in few days. After hearing Pervez Musharraf sent to police again for remand for till 4th May.

As soon as Musharraf came out from court lawyers who were already protesting against Musharraf rushed on him but security staff of Musharraf took him to Police Headquarter with the help of police.

Musharraf is involved in many cases but remembered he has been arrested in judge’s detention case. In the early morning team of investigating supervised by Yasin Farooq SSP Islamabad met Musharraf moreover, the lower of Musharraf also had meeting with him. The next hearing in this regards will be on 4th May 2013.
