Stanislas Wawrinka Won Australian Open 2014 Beating Nadal

The Swiss player Stanislas Wawrinka won the title of Grand Slam in Australian Open 2014. The opposite player in the final was great Stanislas Wawrinka Won Australian Open 2014 Beating NadalRafael Nadal who was having injuries problems beaten by Stanislas Wawrinka. The score of sets was remained as 6-3, 6-2, 3-6 & 6-3. The world number once in the match had control over the match but Stanislas came back positively and won the title.

Stanislas Wawrinka is great tennis player of Switzerland was born on 28th of March 1985. Stanislas has 3rd ranking in the world of tennis. Stanislas only got early education but in the age of 15 he stopped to study and started to take fully interest towards tennis. Wawrinka started his professional career from 2003 and in the year of 2007 he took part in Australian open 2007 but was beaten by Rafael Nadal in the third round of the match. He won US Open in 2013 and French Open also in 2013. In the Australian Open 2014 he played outstanding throughout the tournament and reached in the final. In the final he had to face No.1 Rafael Nadal and he faced him with confidence and determined. Once there was a time in the match when Nadal was playing well but Wawrinka came back strongly and won the title of Australian Open 2014.

It is to remember that Rafael Nadal was not fully fit to play the final match as he was having back problem therefore he could not perform well. Rafael Nadal said that it is really important for me to come back with positive intent in new session. On the other hand Stanislas Wawrinka was very happy for winning the Grand Slam in Australian Open 2014.
